RETURN & REFUND POLICY 

At WEAR NOW STYLE, we are committed to delivering high-quality products designed to meet your expectations. Due to the custom nature of our products, our return policy is specific and limited. Please carefully review the details below: 

Acceptable Reasons for Returns:

We accept returns or exchanges only for the following issues:

• Damaged Products: Items that arrive with physical damage incurred during shipping.
• Misprinted Designs: Products where the printed design does not match the order details (e.g., wrong image, incorrect text, or design misplacement)
• Defective Items: Products with verifiable manufacturing defects (e.g., stitching errors, missing elements).

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
•  Size issues (please refer to the size chart before placing your order).
•  Disliking the product after delivery. 

Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email wearnowstyle@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.
2. Approval: Our team will review your request and determine if it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will provide you with the return address.
3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return otherwise.

Condition of Returned Items: All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed.

Items showing signs of wear or damage (outside of manufacturing defects) will not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Refund or Replacement Options. If your return is approved:

• Replacement: We will produce and ship a replacement item free of charge.
• Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing after the return is received and approved.

Important Notes

Ensure all order details, including size and design preferences, are correct before checkout.

In cases where an error was made on our end, we will cover all associated costs, including return shipping and replacement production.
